Rooms & Rates
As we are a Victorian House, all our rooms vary in size & shape, but our beds are Kingsize, Double & twin. The rooms are all decorated tastefully, incorporating both the traditional & contemporary styles. All have 
remote control colour televisons, beverage trays & individual heating controls for your comfort. All rooms have ensuite shower rooms & are all tastefully decorated.
All towels & toiletries are provided
An information folder is provided in each room, giving further details of our house, services provided & the local area
All our rooms are set out for double occupancy, therefore when booking single occupancy you will have the added bonus of extra room.
Tariff
Stay 4 night or more & gain a 5% 
discount
Stay 7 nights or more & gain a 10% discounts
Stay 12 nights and gain 12% discount
Single Occupancy from £38 -£50 per night
Winter - November to January. Bed & Breakfast from £28-£30 per person per night
Spring - Feb-Apr bed and breakfast £30-£32 per person per night
Summer - May-Oct bed and breakfast £33-£36 per person per night
Please note - payments are by cash or cheque with a valid bankers card. We do not accept credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
A £30 per person, non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Should you need to cancel before your visit We will endeavour to honour your deposit through that current season. However we strongly advise you to take out your own holiday insurance as should you take up a room and need to leave early for any reason, the full balance of your stay will be payable.
